Privacy & terms
What we are, what we collect, and what happens to it. Written to be read rather than skipped.
Who we are
Crash Case Network is a case-matching service. We are not a law firm, we do not practise law, and we do not provide legal advice or representation.
Our role is to review the information you submit and determine whether it may align with an independent attorney or law firm participating in our network. Participating attorneys pay a marketing fee to participate.
No attorney-client relationship
Browsing this site, submitting a case review, or communicating with Crash Case Network does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Crash Case Network, or between you and any attorney.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when you engage an attorney or firm directly, under that firm’s own engagement process and terms.
Submitting information through this site does not by itself create attorney-client privilege.
What we collect
Through the case review form we collect the information you choose to provide: your first name, phone number, email address, the type of accident, and any description you write about what happened.
We ask only for what is needed to evaluate whether a match may exist. Detailed records are better shared later, directly with an attorney, if a consultation takes place.
How your information is used
Your submission is reviewed for intake purposes and, where a potential match exists, shared with attorneys, firms, or network partners involved in evaluating that match.
Submitting a case does not guarantee a match, a consultation, or representation, and it does not obligate you to hire anyone.
